Welcome to the Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal Since 1963, the Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal (KMST) has been committed to ensuring safety at sea by inverstingating all types of marine accidents and determining their circumstances and causes. The KMST is a subsidiary body of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF) under the Marine Accident INvestigation and Tribunal Act.
